Ken Theobald obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and his Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University. He is a member of the "American Institute of Certified Public Accountants", the "California Society of Certified Public Accountants", the "Society of California Accountants", and the "California Association of School Business Officials".
In 1993 Ken successfully completed
the courses required to receive the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants Certificate of Educational Achievement in Governmental Accounting
and Auditing.
Ken has lived in Lassen County since 1977 with his wife Elaine. They have two children and three grandchildren. Ken is involved in many community activities, currently as a trustee of the Lassen Union High School District, a member of the Lassen County Juvenile Justice Commission and a board member of NORTEC (Northern Rural Training Employment Consortium) serving ten northern California counties.
Aside from playing golf (not
very well), Ken enjoys fishing the streams and lakes of Lassen County.
Ken is also an active member, Past President and Paul Harris Fellow in
the Susanville Rotary Club. |
