Mandy McGarva Certified Public Accountant Mandy McGarva joined the firm in May, 2002. She earned a Mastery of Accountancy Degree from the University of Nevada at Reno in May of 2006. Mandy is a Lassen County native and grew up in Westwood. She is married to her high school sweetheart, John. Mandy enjoys the outdoors and likes working in her garden.
